Atlanta CASA volunteers learned a lot from court staff at the Partnering for Permanency Event. Hear more from Atlanta CASA CEO Domonique Cooper. We had an event where we had an opportunity for our CASA volunteers to be able to come and collaborate with our court staff to be able to learn from them, share information, share best practices and insights on how we could best advocate for our children of Fulton County. The panel was our Chief Judge Renata Turner. We also had two child attorneys and, and we had a guardian light. We are grateful for our Atlanta CASA volunteers. We would not be able to do the effective work that we do each and every day without them. This event was a major opportunity to be able to bridge the gap between our court partners, our court staff, and our volunteers for Atlanta CASA.
