The Fulton County Department of Community Development has officially opened the application period for the Hope to Home Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program, allocating $1.2 million in federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds. These funds, provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), aim to assist low-to-moderate-income households at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) with rental assistance.

Eligible applicants can submit proposals via BidNet Direct’s website starting November 4, 2025, until December 9, 2025. A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference and Technical Assistance Workshop will be held on November 20, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., offering guidance to potential applicants.

Applicants are encouraged to act promptly as proposals submitted after the December 9, 2025, deadline will not be considered.
