Happening in Fulton: Fulton County Hosts Homestead Exemption Town Hall for Seniors

Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr. hosted the annual Homestead Exemption Town Hall for Seniors at New Beginnings. Hear more from District 5 Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr. We want to help inform our seniors about all of the exemptions that are available for them, to make sure that they're taking advantage of those exemptions, and to help facilitate the process of filing those applications for them. We just had a new bill that passed last year that provides three new additional exemptions: one in the City of Atlanta and two outside of the City of Atlanta. It's important to bring that information to our seniors and share that information with them.
