Last Day to Register: Diabetes Classes

Through a joint-collaboration with the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Aging & Independence Services, the Fulton County Board of Health is kicking off a new DSMP series on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 (3:00pm-5:00pm) via Zoom.

Expected Outcome

  • Participants will have increased knowledge on managing symptoms related to their type 2 diabetes diagnosis.
  • Participants will have increased knowledge on how to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals about their condition.
