Fulton County District 5 Commissioner Marvin S. Arrington, Jr. is hosting his 9th Annual “It Takes a Village” Back-to-School Supply Giveaway to kick off the 2023-2024 school year, in partnership with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, Peach State Health Plan, Amazon, and Friends of Wolf Creek.
