Community Engagement Request Form

Many Fulton County departments are available to provide speakers or information to community organizations about our programs and services. To request a speaker, tour or informational display for your organization, please complete the following form.

GUIDELINES

• Please submit a completed request form with as much notice as possible. A minimum of two weeks (14 days) notice is required.
• Requests are subject to availability. Submission of this online form is not confirmation of Fulton County’s participation.
• A response will be provided within three business days of the request submission. However, if the request form is incomplete, the response may be delayed.
• Meetings and events must be located within Fulton County.
• Priority is placed for events that are free and open to the public.
• Support is available community events hosted by nonprofit agencies, neighborhood groups, faith organizations, professional associations, and civic groups located within Fulton County. Department support is not available to support family reunions, book groups or other informal gatherings.
• Fulton County does not provide logistical support (staging, tents, tables, chairs, etc.) for events hosted by third parties.
• We do NOT support campaign events of any type.

Fulton County reserves the right not to participate in events for any reason.
