The Fulton County Continuum of Care will hold a Board meeting on Thursday, July 18, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the South Fulton Annex located at 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, Suite 203, College Park, GA 30349.

The meeting will address matters related to the FY2019 Notice of Funding Availability and other business.

The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program promotes communitywide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness. The CoC provides funding for efforts by nonprofit providers, and state and local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families while minimizing the trauma and dislocation. Additionally, the CoC promotes access to and use of mainstream programs by homeless individuals and families to enhance their transition to self-sufficiency.
