An emergency water delivery was held for residents without water. Hear more from District 4 Commissioner Natalie Hall. There are 170 residents at Capital Gateway who are without water due to the freezing and bursting of pipes and it is important to me to find a way to get some water to these seniors. It was important to make sure that we blessed them on this holiday season with some water to drink, to bathe in, to do whatever they need.
