Fulton County Animal Services and Lifeline Animal Project reports shelters are at critical capacity. During a recent outbreak of canine flu, they opened a pop-up shelter dubbed Lifeline Midtown to prevent cross-contamination of the virus. The shelters are no longer under quarantine, but the overcrowding situation continues and there's a special incentive to help now. They need to find homes for 150 dogs before the end of the month. There are tough decisions to be made.
