Fulton County is leading the charge passing an 11 p.m. curfew for unaccompanied minors 16 years old and under. The District 6 Commissioner introduced the legislation to protect children by discouraging them from being out late and requiring them to be with an adult after 11 p.m. until 6 a.m. The curfew covers unincorporated Fulton County and board members hope that the other 15 municipalities will follow suit.
