The Fulton County Tax Assessors’ Office will hold an in-person public information session to answer taxpayers’ questions about property tax assessments, homestead exemptions, valuation appeals, and recent changes in state law.
During the event, residents will have the opportunity to interact with the Tax Assessor’s staff regarding their recently issued 2025 property tax assessments and learn about applying for homestead exemptions.
The event will occur within the 45-day window following the issuance of assessment notices, during which property owners can appeal their assessments. Additionally, thanks to a change in state law, they will have a last chance to apply for homestead exemptions on this year’s taxes.
