Raeisha S. Oliphant, is the Assistant Chief Investigator for the High Profile Task Force and Major Crimes Division, at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in Atlanta, Georgia. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, she holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree and brings more than 14 years of distinguished law enforcement and investigative leadership experience. Raeisha began her career with the Douglasville Police Department, where she was promoted to Detective before joining the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in 2018. Throughout her tenure, she has led complex and high-profile investigations involving human trafficking, internet child exploitation, and violent crimes. She is the recipient of the Crimes Against Women and Children Investigator of the Year Award, Diamond Award, and Gold Star Award. In 2022, she made history as the first female Lieutenant in the High Profile Cases and Difficult Witness Location Unit with the Fulton County District Attorney Office, and in 2025 she was promoted to Assistant Chief Investigator, where she now provides strategic leadership over some of the office’s most sensitive and complex investigations.
