Public Facility Weather Closure

Fulton County offices and facilities will close to the public on Monday, January 26, 2026.  This includes Fulton County courthouses, all government centers, libraries, senior centers, behavioral health and developmental disabilities facilities, and tax offices. Marshal Warrants

Fulton County Deputy Marshals enforce Federal, State and Local Laws, Ordinances and Court Orders by apprehending and arresting violators of the law.

Deputy Marshals primarily execute felony and misdemeanor criminal warrants that originate in the Magistrate Court of Fulton County, as well as, misdemeanor Probation warrants generated by the State Court of Fulton County.
