Register to receive property Assessment Notices via email

All property owners were recently mailed a postcard which contains a registration ID to be used to opt-in to receive assessment notices via email.

• Postcards will be mailed to all property owners on May 5, 2020.  Each postcard will contain a registration ID to be used to opt-in to receive assessment notices via email.
• If the owner has more than one parcel listed in their name, all parcels (up to a total of 10) will be printed on the postcard.  If more than 10 properties are owned, all will be flagged for electronic delivery during registration.
• The deadline to opt-in for e-notices is June 8, 2020 in order for tax year 2020 notices to be sent electronically. Property owners who do not register on or before this date can opt-in for future years when they receive their 2020 assessment notice.
• Registration for e-notices also allows property owners to receive appeal correspondence and other documents from our office via email.
