The 2025 class kicks off on Thursday, August 7.
Ready to become part of the Class of 2025? Registration for the Fulton County Citizens University is now underway. Registration, which is now underway for the 10-week course, ends on Friday, July 18, 2025.

If you want an up-close view of Fulton County operations or want to learn more about its services and taxes, then FCCU is for you. Orientation takes place on Thursday, August 7, 2025. Students will meet in the FulCo Lab located on the third floor of the Government at 141 Pryor Street near downtown Atlanta.

A registration fee of $45 includes the cost of the course materials, a graduation ceremony, a diploma, and a class shirt. Throughout the intensive training course, students will receive an in-depth look at county government.  In addition to getting an exclusive look behind the scenes of county operations, participants will also visit Fulton County facilities including the Big Creek Reclamation Water Plant. Students will also learn how tax dollars are spent, meet with officials from Fulton County departments, and participate in interactive exercises.

The size of the class is limited to 30 citizens. Youth applicants may also apply, but they must be enrolled in high school and complete six classes to graduate from the FCCU program. Fees will be waived for students who have a parent registered in the class. To learn more or to register, visit https://forms.office.com/g/yTEvRUeW3t
