Fulton County Extends 2026 Contracts for Services Deadline and Adds Veterans Arts Services Funding Opportunity

January 28, 2026
Contracts for Services applications due Tuesday, February 3, 2026; Veterans Arts Services applications due Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

Fulton County Arts & Culture (FCAC) has extended the application deadline for its 2026 Contracts for Services (CFS) funding cycle to Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. The extension gives applicants additional time to complete newly required financial and immigration compliance documentation.

Each year, Fulton County invests in nonprofit organizations and artists to ensure residents have access to a wide range of high-quality arts and cultural experiences. For the 2026 funding cycle, Contracts for Services awards ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 are available to support arts programming taking place between January 1 and December 31, 2026.

All applicants must complete and upload documentation using the Financial Compliance Form in WebGrants. Organizations, including nonprofits, municipalities, public schools, colleges and universities, are required to submit a Georgia Security & Immigration Affidavit and Agreement (E-Verify Affidavit) that includes an E-Verify number. Individual applicants with no employees must upload a state-issued driver’s license or identification in lieu of the affidavit.

Compliance materials are first reviewed by the Fulton County Purchasing Department. Only applications that meet compliance requirements will advance to eligibility review and panel evaluation for funding consideration. Applicants who have already submitted an application will have the Financial Compliance Form released to allow submission of the required affidavit or identification prior to the extended deadline.

In addition to the deadline extension, FCAC has added a new Veterans Arts Services funding category for the 2026 cycle. This category is designed to support nonprofit organizations that provide arts-based programs and activities aligned with their mission to serve veterans.

Eligible applicants may submit proposals for arts projects taking place between January 1 and December 31, 2026. Applications must be submitted through the WebGrants system at HTTPS://FULTON.DULLESTECH.NET by 11:59 p.m. on the specified due dates. Official affidavits, E-Verify enrollment instructions, and related policy information are included with the application materials.

Fulton County Arts & Culture remains committed to expanding equitable access to the arts while ensuring compliance with County contracting requirements. These updates support a transparent review process and continued investment in a vibrant and inclusive arts ecosystem across Fulton County.
