Happening in Fulton: BuildHER Women’s Event Focuses on Leadership and Empowerment

For this year's Women's History Month event, Fulton County hosted BuildHER focusing more on leadership. Hear more from Deputy Chief Information Officer Errin Baugh. We had two panels that looked at two different things. One is the foundations of leadership: What shaped you and your leadership style. The second one was leadership and action: What do people need to take to move them forward. So we asked questions a little more pointedly about industries where women are not the majority. Men may be the majority, but women make up half of the workforce. So how do we change that, right? What are some of the things we've done? What are some of the roadblocks we've run into?
