Commissioner Marvin S. Arrington, Jr. Hosts 2026 Summer Teen Hiring Fair

The annual event will assist youth seeking summer jobs.
Fulton County District 5 Commissioner Marvin S. Arrington, Jr. is working to connect youth with professional opportunities this summer. The Commissioner will host the 2026 Summer Teen Hiring Fair on Saturday, April 11from 9 a.m. - Noon at Welcome All Park & Multipurpose Facility located at 4255 Will Lee Road, South Fulton, GA 30349.
“This annual fair, which gets bigger every year, shows this office’s commitment to the youth in our community,” said Commissioner Arrington. “We are truly excited to partner with dozens of local professionals to help our teens find summer employment.”
Potential employers will be on-site to talk with teen job seekers about opportunities in their community. Human resources professionals will also be available to provide information on job opportunities and to answer questions. Teens will also receive interviews with local employers and complimentary refreshments.
The WorkSource Fulton Mobile Career Center will be on site to assist teens in signing up for its Career Compass Academy, which is income-based. The Career Compass Academy is a paid virtual work readiness program for eligible young people between the ages of 14 and 24. The five week-long program provides youth with work-ready skills and abilities along with opportunities to explore and practice work activities in a virtual environment.
