The Fulton County Department of Community Development will host a free informational Homeownership Workshop for lenders and realtors. The workshop, which is part of the department’s Homeownership Program (HOP), will provide several updates including:
• Fulton County funding available for downpayment assistance
• Updates on Fulton County HOP Policies & Guidelines
• Information on how to become a Fulton County HOP lender partner
