Happening in Fulton: Public Works Week Airport Tour Gives Fulton Seniors Behind-the-Scenes Look at Aviation
As part of Public Works Week for Fulton County, seniors were able to take a tour of the Fulton County Airport - Brown Field. Hear more from Fulton County Airport Manager Gary Hudson. I was asked by one of the departments to see if they could do a tour of the airport. So what I did was I immediately contacted Signature Aviation to see if they would be interested in wanting to do a tour for the senior citizens. At these airports like this one not only are you in a position where people could get a job, but also we're building careers here as well. If anybody ever wants to come out to the airport, give me a call. I'd be more than happy to set up a tour because you have to have a better understanding of what's going on at the airport. We're always open for questions. Just come out and learn more about the airport. I think you'll be very satisfied.
