Fulton County Animal Services Offers Free Dog Adoptions and Family Fun Day

Event to honor late LifeLine board member Cheryl Scheck
In honor of the late Cheryl Scheck, former board member of LifeLine Animal Project, LifeLine and Fulton County Animal Services will hold a free pet adoption and family fun day on Saturday, May 30.
The event will run from noon to 5 p.m. at the County animal shelter, 1251 Fulton Industrial Blvd. NW.
The event will include:
· Free dog adoptions
· Dog sport demonstrations
· Vendors and activities
· Playgroups and pet matchmaking
· Family-friendly fun for all ages
Adoptions are crucial as the shelter is dozens of dogs over capacity.
Normally dog adoptions cost $85. Every adopted animal comes with free vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchipping, services that would cost $250 or more if done privately.
