HOME-ARP ALLOCATION PLAN AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that Fulton County, GA (County) has prepared a substantial amendment to its HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. This Plan describes how the County intends to allocate $2,432,222 in HOME-ARP funds, authorized by the American Rescue Plan in April 2021. The proposed amendment reallocates funds budgeted for Non-Congregate Shelter and Rental Housing Development to Supportive Services.
To obtain the views of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties, the County has placed its proposed amendment to the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan on public display at the Fulton County Department of Community Development, and online at https://www.fultoncountyga.gov/inside-fulton-county/fulton-county-departments/community-development for 15 days beginning July 23, 2025, and ending August 7, 2025.
Fulton County will provide reasonable accommodations and services necessary for individuals with sensory impairments and disabilities. Additionally, translation services may be offered upon request and availability. Persons requiring such accommodations/services should contact the County by calling (404) 612-7390. Comments on the proposed amendment to the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan can be mailed or hand delivered to the Fulton County Department of Community Development at the address above and must be received by 4 p.m. August 7, 2025. Written comments may also be emailed to communityfeedback@fultoncountyga.gov by 4 p.m. on August 7, 2025.
Comments received before 4 p.m. August 7, 2025, will be considered. The County Commissioners are expected to act on the proposed amendment to the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan at the regularly scheduled Commissioners meeting 10 a.m. August 20, 2025.

FY2025-2029 CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND 2025 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
Notice is hereby given that Fulton County, GA (County) has prepared its 2025-2029 Five Year Consolidated Plan and 2025 Annual Action Plan for the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. Feedback from the community is requested on the draft plan. For FY 2025, Fulton County expects to receive the following amounts CDBG: $1,254,161; HOME: $590,862.29. These funds will be used for a variety of eligible activities and services that will benefit Fulton County citizens, with the exception of those citizens residing within the city limits of Atlanta, Roswell, South Fulton and Sandy Springs.
