Building & Trade Inspections
Fulton County requires all building & trade inspection requests to be submitted via an online form. The cut-off time for next business day inspection is 4 p.m. the business day prior. All inspections received by the cut-off time will be scheduled on the next business day unless otherwise requested. After completing the form, you will receive an automatic response verifying that Fulton County has received your inspection request. Building and Trade Inspection Request Form

Site & Infrastructure Inspections
Fulton County requires all site and infrastructure inspection requests to be submitted via on online form. Once you have submitted your inspection request via the online form, you will be contacted via the information provided on the form to schedule the inspection. Please note that this is different from the building and trade inspection requests for which the inspection is automatically scheduled without further contact. The cut-off time for next business day inspection is 12 p.m. noon the previous business day. Site and Infrastructure Inspection Request Form

Reminder: No Land Disturbance Plans will be reviewed unless they include the GSWCC Checklist dated January 1, 2016. This is a requirement of the State of Georgia Environmental Protection Division.
There are also requirements related directly to construction of decks on properties.

The Georgia State Fire Marshal's Office (GSFMO) is currently enforcing codes and standards found, and modified, in Rule 120-3-3 [469 KB - 76 pages]. In that document, effective September 10, 2003, we adopted the 2000 edition of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, the 2002 edition of NFPA 13, and the 2003 edition of the International Fire Code.
