Superior Court
The Fulton County Superior Court, Atlanta Judicial Circuit, presides over cases involving felonies,
civil disputes, real estate matters, family and domestic relations issues, and
appeals from lower courts.
Superior Court Judges also make decisions that
protect abused and neglected children, help victims seek protection, and
resolve family crises.
The 20 Judges of the Fulton County Superior Court are elected by the voters of Fulton County.
