The GA-502 Fulton County Continuum of Care (CoC) will hold a Board meeting on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and the CoC membership meeting from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Both meetings will be held at the North Fulton Service Center, 7741 Roswell Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30350 in Room 212. The meetings will provide brief updates on becoming a high functioning community, 2020 Point in Time Count final plans, Website Development, HMIS Dashboard development, & Committee Reports.
