On August 5, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted to reduce its millage rate for the sixth consecutive year.

The approved 2020 General Fund millage rate of 9.776 mills represents a decrease from 9.899 mills in 2019, and is revenue neutral.

Fulton County has consistently reduced its millage rate while maintaining a strong credit rating and fund balance.
