Holiday Closure

In observance of the holidays, all Fulton County Government offices and the Government Center, will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, Thursday, December 25, and Friday, December 26, 2025. The Fulton County Courthouse will be closed on Wednesday, December 24 and Thursday, December 25. The Courthouse will be open for essential services only on Friday, December 26. Normal operations will resume on Monday, December 29. Public safety services are available 24/7.

Jury trials resume after months of silence in most of the halls of the Fulton County courthouse. Fulton County has also launched a Virtual Jury Selection program through which citizens receive post cards in the mail with instructions on how to proceed with jury duty service
