Happening in Fulton: Meet the New Fulton County Arts Director

David Manuel has been named Director of the Department of Arts & Culture. He joins Fulton County from neighboring DeKalb County where he served as Arts & Culture Manager, with responsibility for the Porter Sanford III Performing Arts & Community Center.
