Fulton sees an improvement in the number of COVID-19 cases and modifies its mask mandate. County Manager Dick Anderson's monthly report states COVID-19 case counts are down below 200 a day. Additionally, the number of hospitalizations is down to about 120 and the positivity rate is at 3%. Watch Video
