Fulton County Juvenile Court welcomed Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens for a visit. Mayor Dickens toured the Youth Sparks Center to get a firsthand look at the groundbreaking work being done to create a safer path for Fulton's vulnerable youth. Youth Spark, a Juvenile Court partner, strives to empower young people.
