Fulton County Magistrate Court partnered with the Fulton County Library System for a new education series. Magistrate Court 101 covers small claims garnishment and warrant applications. It is an opportunity for the community to come out and learn how to operate in our Magistrate Court; how to handle small claims, how to handle a garnishment, and what to do if they are either a defendant or respondent on one of our warrant application cases.
