The Fulton County Department of Community Development assembled volunteers to get a statistical snapshot of people experiencing homelessness in the county. The United State's Department of Housing and Urban Development requires the stats to determine funding the county receives to serve persons without homes. So we have to work together; we can't just depend on one source of funding. We have to work together collectively.
