The Fulton County Medical Examiner and staff welcome nurses from Grady's Trauma Center along with EMS and Atlanta Fire Department Academy students. The group once properly outfitted with PPE got an up-close look at the medical examiner's autopsy process. Under Georgia Law, the Fulton County Medical Examiner's office is responsible for the official investigation of deaths in certain circumstances.
