Fulton County's DUI Treatment Court changes its name to the Recovery Treatment Court. The news comes just after the newest group of participants successfully completed their accountability court program offering them a second chance in life. Hear more from State Court Judge Hon. With that second chance they come back and make our community stronger; they make it better. It's almost like we couldn't make it as a community if we did not get second chances.
