The Rise Up It's Show Time Talent Extravaganza (Behavioral Health Talent Show) was held at the West End Performing Arts Center. This is a great opportunity for individuals living with intellectual developmental disabilities to be embraced by the community where they're able to display their talents and show the community "You know what, we have gifts too".
