Fulton County Citizens University was at Helene S. Mills informing residents about government. Hear more from Department of Senior Services Director Ladisa Onyiliogwu. The mission is twofold. The first and most important part is coming alongside Fulton County Government's approach to encouraging civic engagement. This is is the opportunity for Fulton County residents to learn about their government and how their taxpayer dollars are being used to provide programs and services.
