Fulton County and partners broke ground on the Anthem Senior Living Community's third phase. Hear more from City of South Fulton District 1 Councilwoman Catherine Rowell. This is truly a partnership working with the housing authority of Fulton County and the support of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners. We are bringing quality housing that's affordable for families, and we're looking forward to welcome them to the City of South Fulton.
