Kenneth Hutcherson is a career prosecutor with over 20 years of prosecutorial experience. Mr. Hutcherson has been involved in several high profile cases during his career.

Pat Dutcher is an attorney with more than 16 years of litigation experience and a record of excellence in trial advocacy.

John M. Turner, Jr. is a native Atlantan and a 1972 Honors graduate of the National Law Center, George Washington University School of Law.

Jason is an attorney with more than 10 years of experience, almost 8 of which have been serving Fulton County. From 2014 to 2021, Jason was either court-appointed or a public defender, practicing in Henry, Chatham, and Fulton Counties. Jason’s ninety percent success rate at trial as a defense attorney brought him to the Fani Willis administration, where he has been practicing since 2021.

Fred Glenn Jr. brings more than 29 years of law enforcement and criminal justice experience to his role as a Deputy Chief Investigator in the Bureau of Investigations at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. During his tenure with the Executive Leadership Team, Fred has served as Deputy Chief Investigator of the Trial Division, Assistant Chief Investigator for the Major Crimes Division, as well as a Senior Investigator and Investigator in the office.

Born and raised in NYC, Assistant Chief Obed Ford has always wanted to make a difference. He champions the weak and opposes bullies.

Lieutenant Stephanie Samples is an experienced law enforcement professional with a diverse background spanning legal, investigative, and law enforcement roles. Beginning her career in 2000, Lieutenant Samples worked for a criminal defense attorney in Clayton County, Georgia, where she gained valuable experience in the legal field.

Samuel Chaney serves as the Deputy Legal Assistant of our Case Intake Division. Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Samuel's passion for law and justice led him to pursue his education at Georgia Southern University.
