Lieutenant Investigator Shae Corso is a Georgia P.O.S.T. Certified Peace Officer with extensive experience leading complex criminal investigations, threat assessment operations, and high-level protective services.
Kenneth L. Rucker serves as a Lieutenant Investigator at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office under the leadership of District Attorney Fani T. Willis. In this role, he supervises the Senior Investigators within the Case Intake Division.
Lieutenant Stephanie Samples is an experienced law enforcement professional with a diverse background spanning legal, investigative, and law enforcement roles. Beginning her career in 2000, Lieutenant Samples worked for a criminal defense attorney in Clayton County, Georgia, where she gained valuable experience in the legal field.
LT. Investigator Lam is a reliable and motivated criminal investigator with 24 years of law enforcement experience. She attended Columbia Southern University, where she earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She is also a member of Delta Epsilon Tau, the American Criminal Justice Association, The National Society of Leadership & Success, and the Order of the Sword & Shield, both professionally and academically.
LT. Investigator Lam has been awarded the Life-Saving Medal of Honor and has accumulated over 3,300 training hours, earning multiple certifications throughout her 24-year career. These include Field Training Officer (FTO), Instructor Trainer, Intermediate, Advanced, Supervisory, and Managerial Certifications, as well as certifications as a Forensic Interviewer and a Computer Voice Stress Analysis Examiner.
Currently, LT. Investigator Lam is assigned to the Human Trafficking & Internet Child Exploitation Unit. She is also a member of the MATCH Task Force with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Co-Chair of the Georgia Statewide Human Trafficking Task Force with the Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, and part of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI). She has played a key role in resolving complex criminal cases involving human trafficking and crimes against children for the majority of her career.
Lt. Lam is married to her husband, David, who is also a law enforcement agent. They have six children, ranging in age from 16 to 28, and are actively involved in their faith community. In her free time, LT. Investigator Lam enjoys gardening.
Lt. Ron Coloma began his Law Enforcement career in Miami Florida with the Florida Department of corrections in 2004. He moved to Atlanta, Ga in 2008 and was hired by the East Point Police Department in 2008 where he served as a patrol officer until 2009. He would be hired by the Clayton County Police Dept in 2009 where he served in several divisions’ to include patrol division, gang investigations, school resource officer, community affairs, and public information officer.
Darnell Kennedy is a dedicated public servant and former professional athlete known for his leadership, discipline, and commitment to justice. Born in Mobile to Lee and Silvia Kennedy, he built a strong foundation rooted in perseverance and integrity. He attended Alabama State University, where he studied Criminal Justice.
In the summer of 1975, Lt. Manos began her law enforcement career as a dispatcher in the (then) small town of Fairburn, Georgia. There were eight police officers, including the Chief, and Fulton County Fire/Rescue provided medical services.
Sekou L. Kamau is from The Bronx, New York. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Police Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
