Gautam Rao serves as a Chief Deputy District Attorney with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office under the leadership of District Attorney Fani T. Willis. Mr. Rao is in charge of implementation and coordination for office-wide training, as well as serving as Assistant Legal Counsel to the District Attorney.
Chinekwu Okam, a native of Lagos, Nigeria, has built a distinguished career in the legal field, marked by integrity, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to justice. Her academic journey began at The Ohio State University, where she earned a degree in Management Information Systems, before going on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School. From the beginning, Chinekwu stood out for her intellectual rigor, compassion, and unwavering dedication to public service.
While in law school, Chinekwu was actively involved in the Black Law Students Association and the Wisconsin Law Review. She consistently demonstrated the core qualities of a great leader: strong communication, empathy, integrity, and the ability to inspire those around her. She was known among her peers and professors not only for her sharp legal mind but also for her collaborative spirit and commitment to equity.
Following law school, Chinekwu began her legal career as a Business Litigation Associate at Baker & Daniels, a law firm. She later transitioned into public service at the Marion County Prosecutor's Office in Indiana, where she served with distinction as an Assistant District Attorney. During her tenure, she successfully prosecuted over 100 trials, ranging from assaults to homicides, including complex multi-defendant cases. Her ability to navigate challenging cases with composure and precision earned her a reputation as an ethical and effective prosecutor.
Chinekwu later served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. She now serves with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, where she remains deeply committed to justice and to serving the citizens of Fulton County with integrity, fairness, and compassion.
Deputy District Attorney Vincent Faucette is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and a product of Atlanta Public Schools (Frederick Douglass). He is a graduate of the Georgia State School of Business (BBA Finance) and The University of Kentucky College of Law.
Kelcee Jones-Connor is an accomplished attorney with years of experience in the public and private sectors of the legal field. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was heavily involved with the Advocacy Programs that she still volunteers with today.
Will Wooten has dedicated his entire legal career to serving his community as both a prosecutor and a public defender. Prior to joining the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, Will served as a prosecutor in the Clayton County District Attorney’s Office and the Gwinnett County Solicitor-General’s Office.
Kevin Armstrong is an attorney with more than 12 years of litigation experience with a record of excellence in appellate advocacy. Kevin obtained both his law degree and his bachelor of arts degree (in English and history) from the University of Georgia, graduating cum laude both times. Kevin has significant experience handling complex felony criminal cases on appeal and capital murder cases generally.
Kevin comes to the administration of District Attorney Fani Willis with a wealth of criminal law experience. Kevin was a senior assistant district attorney in the Atlanta Judicial Circuit’s appellate division, where he primarily handled post-trial litigation in murder cases and pretrial litigation in capital murder cases and was recognized as Appellate Lawyer of the Year in 2016. Kevin previously served as the primary appellate defense attorney for the Dougherty Judicial Circuit in Albany, Georgia. Kevin is active within the legal community. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar (where he has served four years on the board of the Criminal Law Section, including one year as its president) and Stonewall Bar Associations. Kevin has coached high school mock trial teams in eight of the last ten school years, most recently the Northview High School team in Johns Creek.
Antonio Long is a policing professional with over 22 years of experience. Deputy Chief Long has served as a probation officer, fugitive investigator, criminal investigator, and a university police officer.
Assistant Chief Hill is a native of Savannah, Georgia, where he attended Benedictine Military School. Upon graduating with honors, he received a full Army ROTC Scholarship to Fort Valley State University where he majored in Criminal Justice.
Ilona Rolack is a self-motivated, most energetic, vibrant and hardworking advocate with a warm, caring personality that has a true understanding of human, social and psychological interaction.
Keehlan Haygood is the Deputy Legal Assistant overseeing the Records Division. He has five years of legal experience with the Records Room at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. Keehlan has a uniformly positive demeanor and is open and curious. Mr. Haygood has a history of excelling beyond expectations in all leaderships roles because of his attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring the development of himself and his colleagues/teammates.
