Chief of Investigations

Before he began his career with Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in September 2013, Chief Capers Green served 9 years at the Henry County Police Department. Green also served as an officer with the City of Decatur and Emory Police Department in Decatur, GA from 2002 to 2006.

Johnna Griffin

Deputy Chief Investigator - Special Victims Division and Dignitary Protection

Johnna Griffin is a 22 year veteran of law enforcement and a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology (Criminology).

Michael R. Green

Deputy Chief Investigator - Major Crimes Division / Training

I began my career in the United States Army, where I obtained a top secret clearance and was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.

Raymond Baez

Deputy Chief Investigator - Investigations Division

Raymond X. Baez, Sr. is 35 years of age and originally from Puerto Rico. However, Georgia has been his home for the past 14 years. In his free time, Raymond enjoys playing basketball, paintball, traveling, and spending quality family time. Raymond also enjoys coaching his son’s baseball and basketball teams and participating in their extracurricular activities.

Fred Glenn Jr. brings more than 27 years of law enforcement and criminal justice experience to his role as Assistant Chief Investigator of Major Crimes in the Office of the Fulton County District Attorney.
