Stormwater Services (Fulton Industrial District)

The purpose of the Stormwater Management Program is to manage the surface water resources of unincorporated Fulton County, including administration, maintenance, operations, regulation, and enforcement. This includes compliance with State and Federal regulations. For all other areas of the County, stormwater management is the responsibility of the individual cities.

Fulton County has several organizational units that provide stormwater services to our residents. The primary functions performed by this structure include administration, maintenance, operations, regulation, and enforcement.

However, all businesses are subject to inspection if a potential problem is identified through our Highly Visible Pollutant Source program.
