NOTICE OF RISK LIMITING AUDIT

Pursuant to SEB Rule 183-1-15-.04, a Risk Limiting Audit (RLA) shall be selected by the Secretary of State for the March 12, 2024, Presidential Preference Primary Election. The contest to be audited shall be selected by the Secretary of State and shall be publicly announced and published on the Secretary of State webpage. The Risk Limiting Audit shall be open to the public and will take place at the following location, dates, and hours:

Fulton County Elections Hub & Operations Center
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road
Union City, GA 30213

Start: Tuesday, March 20 at 10 a.m.
Will continue until completed
Deadline for completion Thursday, March 21 by 5 p.m.

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LOGIC & ACCURACY TESTING

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-374 (b) and O.C.G.A §21-2-379(c) notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing of the voting equipment to be used in the March 12, 2024, Presidential Preference Primary (PPP). L&A Testing will begin at 10:00 am on Monday, January 8, 2024, and will continue day to day until completed.
The testing and equipment storage will be conducted at the:

Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC)
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road
Fairburn, GA 30213

The logic and accuracy testing process is open to the public.

NOTICE OF CONSOLIDATION

In compliance with the Georgia Election Code Section 21-2-492, notice is hereby given that the computation and canvassing of the returns of votes cast in the March 12, 2024, Presidential Preference Primary (PPP) will be made at the Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections, Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC) located at 5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, Fairburn, Georgia, 30213 beginning at 7pm on Election Day, Tuesday, March 12, 2024.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-386(a)(2)(A) notice is hereby given that the processing and scanning of Absentee Ballots for the March 12, 2024, Presidential Preference Primary (PPP) will commence at 8:30am on Monday, March 4, 2024, and continue day to day until completion at the following location:

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-386(4) notice is hereby given that early tabulation of Absentee ballots for the March 12, 2024, Presidential Preference Primary (PPP) Elections will commence at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 and continue until completion at the following location:
